Living a life as the archetype of the Mystic and Spiritual Seeker has taken me through the incredible journey of the human experience. I am a Buddhist reverend, Vajrayana healer & lineage holder, spiritual life coach, rebel rouser, and unconventional purveyor of ultimate Wisdom. I'm here to help us awake from the sleep of ignorance and birth a new world, born of pure intention and practical wisdom. I have been actively working for social equality since attending my first protest in 1996 and have volunteered in marginalized communities to build bridges of mutual aid and solidarity. I am anti-carceral and work from an abolitionist and anti-racist ethos, using my positions of privilege to dismantle toxic hierarchies and destroy harmful stereotypes created by unhealthy societal ideologies. I have been certified in somatic polyvagal healing therapies, hospice care, anti-racist leadership, body liberation training, love & relationship coaching, crystal healing mastery, and hold many ancient Vajrayana healing practices passed to me from my Tibetan guru, who I intently and devotedly studied under for 20 years, earning the PhD equivalent of a traditional Gelug Geshe degree. I currently practice the Rime way and also have hundreds of hours studying Western psychology in conjunction with polyvagal somatic healing techniques, to bridge the gap between mind and body. I earned an A.S. in General Education in 2000 and a B.A. in Political Science from Evergreen State College 2004.
